Eaton, a global diversified power company, announced its acquisition Cooper Industries in November 2012. 
The acquisition took place from May until the end of November 2012. Cooper Industries will be part of Eaton's Electrical Division. The integration process is planned for 2 or 3 years, depending on the market circumstances.
